Decathlon starts selling bags to reduce plastic consumption
The sports retail chain, which serves 13 stores in Turkey, starts a new project related to Decathlon frequency. From December 1, all Decathlon stores in Turkey will be sold only for a certain fee to reduce the consumption of bags and protects the environment. Decathlon will equip to the SeaClean Association / TURMEPA to clean half of the winnings from the bags to sell 10 cents of large sizes. Every 10 cents will clean 1 liter of seawater. Decathlon with the project intention to reduce platic consumption, protect the environment and to raise awareness of consumers.
