People living in green areas stay younger than two and a half years old
The results of joint research conducted on the biological-aging effect of green areas of the US and Spanish scientists were published in the Science Advances Magazine. In the article, the research conducted on more than 900 people in the 18-30 years of living in the US’s Birmingham, Chicago, Minneapolis and Oakland cities were discovered that the green areas in the cities were one of the most comprehensive studies on the long-term influence of biological aging. Accordingly, in research focused on an average period of 20 years, satellite images of compliance were used to obtain data on green field interaction. The expenses of green space around 5 kilometers of the place they live and the time they spend in these areas.

The academicians were examined the process of DNA methylation (male) in blood samples from them to measure the biological age of compliance. The results of the research showed that those living in places with more green spaces were more and two and a half years younger than those who live in regions where they live in less green area. In the study, being trying to interact with green areas for many years, it was reported that biological aging plays an important role in slowing down, and in the coming ages feels much more. [

Women spend more time in green areas[
Access to green areas and the work accessible there is no same possible access to all of the time here, black Americans in the country have less green space access compared to white Americans. The analysis on gender based on women spend more time in green areas than men. For reasons such as women's child looking and socialization, more parks and gardens were shown as the main reason for this situation.

In the article, the study included in the views and the University of Northwestern Feinberg Medical Faculty of Researcher Kyeezu Kim, "When we think about being healthy, it is going to eat well from our first cushion, exercise and get enough sleep. Our study showed that we have access to the environment and green area we live and haven’t got a significant value on our healthy stay. In the study, it was noted that green areas in the cities can be a significant interest in public health, decision makers and city planning.

Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Prof. Home. Sultan Tarlacı said that biological-aging can be seen as age, based on human body functions, cellular health, functions of isolation and biological factors such as general condition. Alancı reported that the biological age can be affected by many factors such as genetic factors, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and environmental factors, a healthy lifestyle person can feel younger than age, irregular nutrition, equal physical activity, and biological age of people with negative habits may be greater than real age. ]]]The Sultan Tarlacı, who shares the knowledge of DNA methylation, which plays a role in the aging process of an organism, updates: "Epigenetic changes are modifications that affect the genetic expression, but DNA sequence remains. DNA methylation has an important effect on genetic expression and cellular functions of organisms throughout the aging process, especially associated with aging. As we age, DNA methylation patterns may vary from the cells of the organism are divided and interacted with environmental factors. These changes can lead to changes in cellular functions and overall of the organism. The research goes to green area can play role on slower epigenetic-aging during the later period of life. More binding to the green area shown in the research and the protective relationship between slower epigenetic aging; it is compatible with previous evidence that is associated with healings in the health-related results." The Tarlacı words mentioned to work in this regard have been Hammam as follows: "We have seen that in the research we have increased psychological well even 30 minutes of exposure to green area. Such research can also emphasize the need for urgent waste in the expansion of green areas in cities to promote slower epigenetic aging, which can lead to better results. "
