As a result, Turkey’s natural habitats are guided by the change in the ÇED Regulation. The change in question is much more thorough than changes made in priority years. In 2008, ÇED Regulation was exempted for “production and/or project documented by ÇED Regulation in the Temporary 3rd Article in 1993. Application projects with these recent changes have been approved, allowed in the relevant documents, license or approval or decision of publicization, entered into the investment program, or all projects approved by the mevzi imar plan are accessible from ÇED. In other words, all investments in the “proje” phase are left out of ÇED. WWF-Turkey General Manager Tolga Baştak subject: “The change made in the Turkish Regulation has been a new impact on the front of losses that will not be returned in the nature of our country. When we aim a European Union-class nature protection and environmental policy, we have fallen back to the Regulation we have removed in 1993. While the environmental impacts of giant investments such as nuclear power plants, large water structures, highways need to be revealed with transparent and scientific force, many investments in the public may not be considered accessible from ÇED. This change is paid to the EU administration, as well as the international contract we have. We call the Ministry of Environment and Forest to cancel this change first.
