Alternative product solution to environmental pollution

Bartin University (BARÜ) academicians will contribute to the protection of the environment by developing alternative products to plastic. Aydemir, which pointed out that such materials have been deteriorating in nature and getting lost for many years, "Therefore now we have concentrated on the development of new generation biopolymers to replace explosive polymers. Mechanical resistance of these biopolymers is mild. This is why it works on the use facilities in the packaging sector by means of various methods. With the project, the solution for alternative solutions to environmental pollution issues will be developed by the development of new products to the packaging sector. Aydemir has preserved that the laboratory has been working on starch-based biopolymer, which can be used to plastic since 2015, and it is the global warming and environmental pollution connected to plastic waste at the focus of its work.
