Bird Count in Paradise

The Association of Protection and Development of the Bird, the Directorate of Nature Protection and National Parks, and the ‘Winter Middle Water Bird Counting’ was held as a volunteer breaks and ad observeers. In my number, a total of 16 people served in 4 teams. The Count was made in all of Gediz Delta and İzmir Bay. A total of 77 thousand 330 water birds were counted in Gediz Delta as a result. The highest number of water birds created flamingolar, which became the symbols of Gediz Delta. This year, 26 thousand 73 flamingo was observed. Other ad species seen in a large number of birds, 9 thousand 16 ‘Chryga’, 8 thousand 891’, 7 thousand 475 ‘black March’, 5 thousand 771 ‘silver mart’ and 5 thousand 175 ‘Camurcun’ were included. In the number of water in the Delta has taken into account a very important increase or reduction according to the last year. In Izmir Bay, 9 thousand 40 birds counted in total, of them were ‘black March’ and ‘silver March’.

[[T]]Winter middle water ad counts are associated with all North Hemispheres between 15 January and 15 February, where birds move are at the best. Thanks to these counts, the primary strains and ad species can be determined in the protection.
