A senior United Nations officer suggested that rich countries pay to poor countries, to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere.

De Boer’s proposal was rageous groups. Environmental groups argue that climate change will not be resolved as long as they do not act together to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from rich and poor countries.
]De Boer states that the threat is too large and should be immediately moved.

The global climate agreement of the combined nation’s binding nature, Kyoto Protocol argues that carbon dioxide releases of industrialized countries need to reduce themselves. [
However, it is not logical to Boer. De Boer considers the size of the problem faced in the world, if the country is cheap to reduce the oscillations, he thinks that they should be allowed to invest there.
Boer has been trying to reduce carbon emissions for a long time in the industry and make energy use more efficient. It is very expensive to work to reduce the oscillations of these countries.
De Boer says that rich countries need to invest in countries where carbon dioxide release is cheaper.
But environmental organizations don’t think like this. Mike Childs from the organization called the Friends of the World thinks that the implementation of this proposal can not be provided at the time required in the swings. Childs also say that “Science men should be reduced by 50 to 80 percent of carbon dioxide releases up to 2050,” says and adds:[
“Zengin countries can’t reach this goal if they don’t get away before a moment of fossil fuel use. ” [
