The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization will map the soil pollution of Turkey.
The Ministry of effective struggle with the soil pollution is preparing to implement the “Kired Fields Information System” in order to reveal the land that is dirty or possible. [
In this context, improper waste and waste water disposal, incorrect applications in industrial plants will be determined by contaminated fields formed by rash and leaks occurring during storage and transportation of various chemicals.
]VERI REGISTERS will detect the sectors with the probable sites of
]“The Regulation on the Control and Pointed Fields of Ground Pollution and Regulation on Spotted Areas”. [
After the authorization, these fields and sectors will be registered with the “Coated Fields Information System”. The soils, which are not available with accidents or illegal activities, are cleaned in accordance with the data obtained from the system, and will be brought back to nature and agriculture.
Data records to the information system will start in the first quarter of the next year. The data to be obtained by the creation of the soil pollution map of Turkey will be shared with all public institutions and organizations.
