ETİ Bushak and WWF-Turkey have the wheat of Turkey

Buğday is one of the most basic sources for food safety of agricultural products and billions of people over the world, which are produced and renovated in the world. In the production of wheat with a source of 15 million people in Turkey, there is no increase in the last 30 years, the local varieties of wheat with vital importance face the danger of loss. That’s why I’m and WWF-Turkey, Turkey’s Wheat Atlas to sweat today’s photos of Anatolia and contribute to the living of our wheat varieties.

The project of Turkey's Wheat Atlas, which has been bathed together with WWF-Turkey, carbos wheat varieties under the risk of destruction such as siyez, roast and gernik, Turkey's snacks. The project aims to highlight the wheat variety of Turkey in terms of safety food, to create awareness about the dangers of our local wheat varieties and to improve the measures to be taken.

]] Turkey’s Wheat Atlas project, launched in June 2015, reveals a roadmap about wheat map of Turkey. In between six examples, two agricultural research institutes, a seed genetic bench, and the Turkish Wheat Atlas, with the elimination of the hunger team of R&D units, hosts stunning data about wheat.
