European Union and Youth Projects
Youth Projects’ development process in our country has been experienced as follows:
• 1999 Helsinki Summit met Turkey’s youth projects with a candidate status.
Home As the first youth projects in Europe – Mediterranean Youth Action Program – EUROMED started to be applied in our country.
Turkey was held in EUROMED projects for about 3 years. In EUROMED projects, countries such as Egypt, which are located in the Mediterranean coast as well as in common projects.
Home Problems were experienced in EUROMED projects. The English filling of the application forms was caused by the fact that the applications are done directly to Brussels, the associations and organizations have not had a project experience. [[T]]] Home EUROMED projects were sought for a while since they were not sufficiently implemented. 2007 – 2013 started to re-evaluate projects together with the process. [

With EUROMED projects, youth projects started to be implemented in Europe. Evaluation of projects to be promoted in the country of EU Education and Youth Programs, coordination, execution and programs in the country, selection of projects to be made by the EU Commission and preliminary assessments of the implementation and cooperation of the program with member countries and the EU Commission, national agencies were established in every country as the practitioner and coordinator unit in order to perform the relations with the implementation and cooperation of the program.. For this purpose, the decision of the Council of Ministers on January 2002 in our country was founded in the name of the European Union Education and Youth Progamleri Office to fulfill the national agency mission in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
