Beware of the evaluation of the tracking work carried out under the relevant provisions of the previously designated and declared protection areas or protected areas, or on recommendations from real or legal entities, or by the ministry of field governing, taking into account the “new evaluation” process can be launched when it is appropriate by the ministry. The limits of the designated and declared protection area or protected areas may be amended according to the provisions of this law, partially or completely different status coverage, or previously announced protection decision may be removed.
]The participation of individuals and protected areas related to the planning work of the protected areas will be provided, opinions will be taken. In the environmental layout plans prepared by public institutions and organizations, the necessary changes will be made by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. The management plans to be held in protected areas will be made, built and approved by the Ministry of Forest and Water Works, such and habitat action plans with long circuits development plans.
Any plan or project that is thought to be done in the protected areas will be subject to ecological impact assessment. As a result of ecological impact assessment, the tumor of the field will not be affected negatively after the decision was decided to be allowed by ministry governing plan or project space.
As a result of the ecological impact assessment, although there is no alternative solutions and the implementation of the plan or project is mandatory due to the absence of alternative solutions and the presence of superior public benefit.
