No orchids for Salep

]The salebin, which is used intensively in the construction of freezing and is derived from the root part of the orchide plants that are self-growing orchid in nature, causing a lot of orchide species to enter the danger of being destroyed by the Aegean Institute of Agricultural Research, has been obtained from the orchids produced as a culture plant for the first time. [In the Aegean Agricultural Research Institute, operating in the Menemen district of Izmir, in order to meet the salebin, which needs of freezing industry without harming nature, positive results were taken in the projects maintained by the financial support of MADO Ice Creams.
The results obtained in the project were announced by the meeting held with the participation of MADO Chairman Mehmet Sait Kanbur. At the meeting held at the Conference Hall of Ege Agricultural Research Institute, project supervisor Medical and Aromatic Fruits Branch Chefi Mehmet Consistent has been announced with the slideshow. The participants participated in the study in the area where the orchide plant is grown in a convenient way to get salep as a cultural plant.
