[[[T]] [[Istanbul University (IU) was determined by the research conducted at the Faculty of Water Products, in the Izmit Bay and Marmara Sea since 2007, the time-eyed SMPS was caused by excessive increase of electricity microscopic organisms. [
It was taken into account that the microscopic organisms, which are short, can be expected in the period of the foam when weather and water conditions are appropriate.
