Natural lakes can not be installed in fish farming plants in the resources provided drinking and using water.
The Ministry of Orman and Water Works prepared an arrangement that will last in the establishment of fish farm plants in the resources provided drinking and using water with natural lakes, in order to protect the water quality. [
The Ministry of Orman and Water Affairs was sent to the Prime Minister to publish the Surfaceal Water Quality Management Regulation on the Official Gazette.
]The weather will cover coastal and pass waters with all superficial waters except for outdoor sea.
According to the natural lakes can not be installed in the reservoirs where drinking and using water is provided.
With the record of being in the area up to 3 percent of the reservoir area in the minimum water quota in the remaining dam lakes and ponds outside this scope, the appropriate opinion of the Ministry of Forest and Water Works can be allowed to be installed in the fish farm plants. Water quality measurement and monitoring will be performed around the facilities that are allowed or previously allowed.
According to weathering, nitrate sensitive water fields will be determined with sensitive water areas in terms of water pollution. Map showing the ecological and chemical quality status of waters will be prepared.
The biological and hydromorphological pressures and effects with spotive and spring-welded pressures affecting the mass of water will be taken into consideration.
