Solar energy costs drop by liquid solar chips
Likit solar cells host large potential for the use of solar energy on different surfaces. With the printer developed by CSIRO, the research institution of Australia before, we started prototype production for new generation solar energy cells [bahsetdi. A similar news came from America. Xerox’s AR-GE laboratory Xerox PARC[ announced that it started to produce chips that are in liquid form as ink with new developed printing device and will see an electronic circuit function by joining when pressed. It is aimed to use the printing device in producing solar power panels from more efficient, light and cost-effective components. [

MIT’s monthly science technology magazine [MIT Technology ReviewAccording to the news published on the technology portal of , the project is expected to be completed within three years. With the new generation printer, less material and solar panel are indicated to be achieved at the same rate or higher amount of energy. [
Xerox PARC is working with a model similar to ink printing technology on paper. The liquid ink to be used in this printer consists of chips in liquid form, which will form electronic circuits. This liquid alloy with millions of chips in the size of sand is pressed on light and foldable surfaces, making solar energy turn into millions of tiny solar cells.
