Waste waters to be used in toilet
The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization developed a project of 2 million pounds for the transformation of sinks and bath waters, which we use in daily life and cause the most water waste.
In the written statement made from the ministry, "The Determination of Swimming Water Profiles in Turkey Coast and the Waste Recovery Project in Tourism Facilities" studies started on November 18, 2012, the following information was given:
"The project will be applied in the tourism sector from the beginning of the sectors where water usage is most intensive. Daily water usages per person can reach up to 200 litres per person. Gray waters with the project, i.e. waters used in the wash basin and bathroom will be collected in warehouses and cleaned by sending waste to the purification plants. Beeted wastes will then be evaluated as siphon water in toilets.
