Tübitak Deputy President of Marmara Research Center Prof. To the information received from Dr. Önder Yetiş, Karayollar General Directorate consumes an average of 13 thousand tons of road line paint. Only the cost of paint finds 26 million TL. In solvent in this paint, the effective is used in solvent 3 thousand 250 tons, which is harmful to human and environmental health. With glass space applications, Karayollar General Directorate of road costs about 50 million TL. [

Tübitak Marmara Research Center will drop about 8 million TL in the annual paint cost, and the water-based road line paint, which will not lead to resources such as toluen, started to work the project to be improved.
