In 2013, the project started with Dutch Console and UNFPA’s grant to create awareness in women’s business world and to get more effective role in business life by developing women’s work environments.
Sabancı University Corporate Management Forum Aim to create awareness of violence for women in the business world under this project and create support mechanisms and methods to make women more effective and efficient in the business world. The project’s target audience creates ‘Work-in-Equality Platform’ signature companies and business associations in Turkey.

This guide was born after the assessment of the ancestors and launched at the end of the last year, aims to help companies in the development of a business culture that does not tolerate women in order to ensure gender equality in workplaces. The guide lies on the violence and the impact of this violence in the past or today in close relationship, and details of how to create policy in the company in the fight against violence against the woman. In the field of violence for women in Turkey and other countries are waitingd in the best practices in order to create examples for companies. [
