  • In the field of edible energy, mainly engaged in the financing of investments based on wind, geothermal, solar and biogas resources, Turkey’s Sunui Development Bank (TSKB) attracts attention to the importance of clean energy. TSKB, which provides financing for 330 projects with a total installed power prescribed in the field of renewable energy, represents 13,3 percent of Turkey’s renewable energy power with these investments. In MW, 94% of these investments started to produce, the annual carbon emission reduction of our country is increased by 12,2 million tons. The wind energy investments that TSKB funded up to 1.6 Billion USD have reached 1.710 MW installed power as of the end of 2020.
The total investment amount of renewable energy projects funded by TSKB between 2003-2020 is 11,3 billion US Dollars, the credit amount undertaken by TSKB for all these projects including wind energy is about 4.9 billion US Dollars.

We provide technical support to the work needed to minimize negative effects. With the financing of wind power plants with quite positive effects in terms of access to clean energy, we are trying to cut speed for the transition process of our country to low carbon economy.
