The purpose of Shura is to create a sustainable integrated urban development strategy across Turkey and reflect this strategy into action plans. Studies that continue with the participation of many representatives from different occupational circles, public institutions, acacia, non-governmental organizations and business world; spatial planning system in Turkey focuses on many issues such as urban transformation, residential and plot policies, urban poverty and urbanity awareness. Another of the focused topics is the urban and global warming, which leads to problems such as greenhouse effect and ozone wear and creates negative effects on natural resources.

Today, the half of the world population and 70% of the Turkish population live in cities, which shows how much it is necessary to deal with a multi-dimensional and strategic approach of urbanization. It is inevitable to see cities and especially large settlements as one of the motor powers of country development on one hand, on the one hand, that these settlements have quite critical importance in terms of sustainability.

We are a globalization process, reshaping the local capital and venue relationship and getting away from traditional methods for urbanization. Within the framework of social justice, we will see how to help people living in the city to their health care, unemployment and poverty. [[T]]] [
